I met her from Kim Blomquist introduced me at the Restaurant in Ottawa, Ontario last January 1984.

Yes, she born deaf cause of German Measles.

2. What name of football in Ottawa, Ontario from her Dad Lou Bruce?

Her Dad 's name of football team: Ottawa Rough Riders.

3. How long have he been player for years to years?

He been player for 1956 - 1960 (five seasons). He retired just after the 1960 Grey Cup because of bad knee.


4. What number is he wore shirt?

His number is #73.


5. Did she been to hearing school?

She was attended at Centennial Public School, 376 Gloucester Street  in 1967 - 1976 (9 years) then one year at Manor Park Public School grade 6 then she moved to Toronto, Ontario for (private school) Branksome Hall School for the Girls from 1977 - 1980 then back home to Ottawa, Ontario to attend Lisgar.

6. What your teacher name is?

Her teacher name is Miss Darling in grade 3.

7. When did she attended instead Sir James Whitney School for the Deaf?

She attended in 1980 at Lisgar Collegiate in Ottawa, Ontario.

8.  When did she graduated Lisgar Collegiate?

She was graduated in 1984. 


9. What year did she been Total Communication Day Camp in Ottawa, Ontario?

She went to Total Communication Day Camp Summer 1982 - 1984. She was a counsellor and Deaf children as well as Special needs children.

10. When did she graduated instead Gallaudent University?

She never graduated from Queens University and three years 1984 - 1987.

11. Did she had been involved anything Deaf Community?

She been involved was Island Deaf and Hard of Hearing Centre last 1990 - 1991 then again next 1993 - 1996, and some Deaf Organzization also been right now at Deaf Curling. Also she was involved with Western Institute for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing as board member for 4 years (Fall 2011 and 2013) she had a bad fall that her shoulders were frozen. Not playing for 3 years until recently last Fall 2016 came back to playing again.

12. Did she win any curling by medals?

She played for British Columbia Women's team as fifth player in 2012 at Canada Deaf Games in Edmonton, Alberta and they won bronze medal.

14. Have she been involved anythings at Deaf Community?

Last October, 2012, She went on Carribean Island Cruise included are Ariba, Carabeo, St. Lucia, and two more Islands from Deaf Passenges Travel.

Also she still playing curling.
