Canadian Hearing Society History

I went to FIRST CHS  at Murray Street from 1986 -1987 in Ottawa, Ontario.

I went to SECOND CHS at 2197 Riverside Drive Floor 5th from 1987 - 2007 in Ottawa, Ontario.

I went to THIRD CHS at 175 Manitoba Street in Bracebridge, Ontario.

I went to FOURTH CHS at 2197 Riverside Drive Floor 6th from 2007- 2019 in Ottawa, Ontario.

I never went to FIVETH CHS at 1620 Scott Street from 2019 to the future in Ottawa, Ontario.

I had new refill ear wax mold from last Monday September 14th, 2015 because my plastic tube came off tiny piece.

Finally, my ear wax mold came out of my ear. Then send to Toronto, Ontario

Last Thursday October 1st, 2015 I got my new ear mold back into my left ear.

That my hearing aid with mold for rest of my life since I was 14 to now.

I had many time went to audiology hearing test, refill ear wax molds, repaired for my hearing aid body, new replace of plastic tubes and batteries for hearing aid as well.
