How I met Jane?

I met her at Senior Girls Residence upstairs last September 1980 at our graduated in June 13th, 1986.

Last Fall 1986 she and I went to shopping at Carlingwood Mall for once.

Last Fall 1990, 4 of us went out for lunch at Swiss Charlet Restaurant in 1600 Merivale Road, Ottawa, Ontario for once.

Last time we went visited Jane and her husband Mike's FIRST apartment at Bayshore Drive, Ottawa, Ontario then moved to SECOND apartment at Woodbridge Crescent, Ottawa, Ontario and last one THIRD townhouse at Exeter Drive, Ottawa, Ontario. 

We did invited them for my Wedding Day but her husband Mike can't come because he had to work so she was followed him stayed home instead my Wedding Day. 

They did invited us to their Wedding Day by Friday July 21st, 1989 in Dunvegan, Ontario (out of Ottawa, Ontario).

Last December 6th, 1988 she was struck by a car after finished her night class at Algonquin College then she was crossed Main Street at Evelyn Avenue because she couldn't hear horn,  that how happened. 

Last Saturday December 10th, 1988 we did visited her Ottawa General Hospital bed for once from downtown, that it but she had scar on her left hand on the top and lost her balanced by walked in the dark so she need someone holding her instead day time was fine by herself. 

We did invited them for my son's 4th birthday party last March 1996, that it and no longer. 

We are no longer our friends because they didn't go to Deaf Community for no longer since 1999 to the future.

She was born deaf and causes of birth.

2. When did she attended at Sir James Whitney School for the Deaf? 

She was attended in 1972.

3. Did she graduated from Sir James Whitney School for the Deaf? 

              She was graduated in 1986.

4. Did she went to Galluedet University? 

She went to Algonquin College at Main Street in Ottawa, Ontario.

5. What courses did she take?

        OTTAWA CITIZEN NEWSPAPER

MY COMMENTS: Last Winter 1990 Jane came over my old apartment for slept over for first time in 3 years because of bad storms. 

 

Six Years Anniversary for pameladeafstories

 I don't have enough topic because of Coronavirus since March 2020 to now but I had only 3 topics from October 2019 also VIA Train and Greyhound Bus are not running instead I don't have my vehicle as well.

My children and I was stayed home and be safe.

I hope get better more than 3 topics next October 2020 to October 2021.

I have not be travel, lately because I have a good reasons with my personal situations.

But I will be in travel next November 2019 and next May 2020 to October 2020.

1. Are he born deaf and causes? 

He born hereditary and birth compositions.

2. When did he attended at Newfoundland School for the Deaf? 

He was graduated 1971 - 1985 but shut down August 2010 because of low enrollment students.

3. When did he graduated at Galluedet University? 

He was graduated 1993.

4 .What course did he take? 

He took course are Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

5. How long have he been involved? 

He been involved for one day for Deaf Wireless Canada Committe and Ontario Video Relpy Service Committe.

6. Have he been involved anythings? 

He been involved Deaf Dart for 40 years to the future.

MY COMMENTS: ONE day hopefully he will invite me in Halifax, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland about School for the Deaf.

My Children's Dad from Brussels, Belgium

1. Are he born deaf and causes?

He was born hearing until he became deaf was 15 months old and causes was bites electric plug was very hot from lamp in living room.

2. Why he born in Brussels, Belgium?

His parent moved in Brussels, Belgium because his Dad was FIRST EMBASSY by the Government for 2 years  in 1963 - 1965.

His Mum was pregnant in October 1963 then he was born in the hospital at Royaume De Belsigue Hospital. 

MY COMMENTS: James' parent gave me for my Birthday gift 2025.

It's called Belgium Chocolate 

Also they gave me for my Christmas gift 2025. 

It's called Belgium Cookies 

When they moved to Ottawa, Ontario in 1965 and he was accident when he was 15 months old from very hot plug from lamp in living room by July at his parent's apartment from Bayshore.

3. When did he attended at School for the Deaf in London, England?

He was attended at British School for the Deaf in London, England in 1968 to 1973 and his parent and himself don't know how BRITISH SIGN LANGUAGE.

4. Why his parent wanted live in London, England?

His parent wanted have adopted baby girl when he was 7 years old, his young brother was 5 years old and his adopted sister was 8 months old.  They was lived in 5 years.

5. Why his parent wanted moved back to Ottawa, Ontario again?

His parent did moved back to Ottawa, Ontario again because they bought adopted daughter lived in Iris Street from 1973 to 1974. Then moved again in Kingsley Road from 1974 to in the future.

MY COMMENTS: Last September 1988 for 2 weeks he and I was visited his Dad at his apartment in London, England but I never thought about and I never asked his Dad,  my Aunt Joyce and Aunt June about where London School for the Deaf but too late  now.

His Dad went to SECOND EMBASSY by government for two years in 1987 - 1988.

I still remember that part too from his Mum told me everythings but I NEVER FORGET  about her stories as well.

I was lived in Kingsley Road last September 4th, 1986 - October 7th, 1987 from his parent's basement. (One year and three days )

I was lived in Kingsley Road again last May 2010 - June 17th, 2011 from his parent's basement.  (One year and one month)

My son Warren and his wife Stephanie was lived in Kingsley Road last May 2010 - June 2015 from his grandparent's upstairs.  (one year and one month)

My daughter Isabella was lived in Kingsley Road last May 2010 - in the future from her grandparent's was upstairs and now basement.  (13 years - in the future )

My children's Dad was lived in Kingsley Road last May 2010 - 2013 (3 years)

MY ANOTHER COMMENTS: It's crazy  because my children's Dad's parent was lived in Iris Street then my children and I was lived in Iris Street and now my son Warren and his wife Stephanie was lived in Iris Street . That was so amazing  and never thought about it.

Deaf Olympic Los Angeles, California 1985

1. When did he we to Deaf Olympic?

Last July 10th - 20th, 1985 he went to Los Angeles, California at Ottawa Airport Station in Ottawa, Ontario.

2. How many did he get medals?

He got four medals are 2nd place: 100 meter for Individual Medley,  2nd place : 100 meter for Breaststroke, 2nd place : 200 meter for Freestyle and 3rd place : 100 meter for Butterfly

He did by accident from his nose broken because of sun can't find the flags.

3.Who with him at Airport from Ottawa, Ontario to Los Angeles, California?

He with Paul and Pauline Laundry from Ottawa, Ontario.

4. How many hours at Airport from Ottawa, Ontario to Los Angeles, California?

They flew for 7 hours and 27 minutes.

MY COMMENTS: He did invited me for Deaf Olympic in Los Angeles, California I can't go with him because I had to worked at McDonald's in Bracebridge, Ontario also I don't have Passport and not enough money to Airport tickets, hotel and meals.

Plus I never met Paul and Pauline Laundry too.

 When he was 17 years old at Nepean Sportsplex. Also when he was 10 years old at Sir James Whitney School for the Deaf.

 He been swimming for 6 years from 1981 to 1987.

3. How many years did he went to swim at Sir James Whitney School ?

              He been for 10 years.

4.  How many years did he went to swimming at Sir James Whitney School for the Deaf?

 He been swimming for four years at Sir James Whitney School for the Deaf.

5. What he favorite swimming?

His favorite butterfly and freestyle. 

6. Did he win from Sir James Whitney School vs Alberta College in Belleville, Ontario?

Sir James Whitney School lost (0) vs Alberta College won (7) in 1981.

7. What time started swimming in the morning to finished?

 He been started swimming at 6am to 8am from Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 

8.  Did your Mum was involved for timers, wore white uniform by Saturday morning at Nepean Sportsplex, 1701 Woodroffe Aveune in Summer 1984?

Yes, she was involved for timers and wore white uniform at Nepean Sportsplex  but no picture. 

9. Did he used "Ottawa Nepean Canadians Sports Club Inc. " at 1125 Cobden Road for Deaf Olympic by foundation in 1984 ?

10. How old were he start swimming?

 When he was ten years old at swimming.

11. When did he retired swimming?

Last September 2022 he did retired swimming. 

12.  How old were he retired?

When he was 58 years old.

My Comments: We went to the Muskoka Aquatic Club for Masters Swimmer of the Year Award in Bracebridge, Ontario for the Club's Annual Awards Banquet in July 14th, 2005.

I'm very very proud of him about Masters Swimmer again.
