Last June 1992 my son and I went to Charlene Le Blanc's house for our friend Carrie Downey's Bridal shower in Ottawa.

SECOND ROW: Juanita Miller, her daughter, Roxanne Mark, Carrie Downey and Barbara Downey

Last Christmas Party 2003 from Canadian Hearing Society in North Bay, Ontario that my children and I went to FIRST Christmas Dinner at the Restaurant.

We slept over at my friend Elaine Gillies' place in Callander, Ontario near North Bay, Ontario by Saturday night.

Last Friday August 21st at 11am - Sunday August 23rd, 2009 at 3pm FIRST TIME my children and I went to 6th Annual BBQ Pig Roast with Camping at Beavermead Park and Campground in Peterborough, Ontario.

Last Saturday December 15th, 2007 from 5pm - 1am I went to FIRST TIME Christmas Dinner and Dance from Peterborough District Deaf Association at 315 Reid St. in Peterborough, Ontario also I slept over night at my friend Kim and Chris Ferguson's place for one night.

Deaf Awareness Canada Wonderland every Saturday June 2001 - 2004 FIRST my children and I went to Canada Wonderland so we had lots of fun are lots of rides, games, eats, drinks, gift shop and lots of walking around for all day.

We did joined with deaf peoples from Ottawa, Ontario.
At 9580 Jane St, Vaughan near Toronto, Ontario and drove for 2 hours straight home in Bracebridge, Ontario.

                  Established: 1981

Last June 2001, my oldest son Warren was 9 years old and my young daughter Isabella was 4 1/2 years old.

Last June 2003 , my oldest son Warren  was 11 years old  and my young daughter Isabella was 7 1/2 years old. 

Last December 31st, 2008 FIRST I went to my friend Jonathan Baxter's place for Happy New Year Eve 2009 from 7pm - 9am for potluck and slept over night just one night in Ottawa, Ontario.
We shared our foods from potluck, bring our own drinks and long night chatted too.
I had lots of fun.

Last December 31st, 2009 FIRST TIME I went to my friend Vickie Mc Arthur's place for Happy New Year Eve 2010 from 7pm - 9am for potluck and slept over night just one night in Ottawa, Ontario.

We shared our foods from potlkuck, bring our own drinks and long night chatted too.
I had great time.

Last Saturday September 12th, 2009  everyone went Cornfest at Britannia Park from Ottawa Deaf Golden Age Club by 9am - 4pm in Ottawa, Ontario.

MY COMMENTS:  I never knew that Mary LeBlanc, Gwen Lewis, Arnold Lewis, Susan McKinley and Henry McKinley at Cornfest 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2015 until I found out flyer about Cornfest 2010, that how I know. 

Last Saturday September 11th, 2010 FIRST TIME I went to Cornfest at Britannia Park from Ottawa Deaf Golden Age Club by 9am - 4pm in Ottawa, Ontario.

They had BBQ hamburgers, hot dogs, corncob, cakes, chips, bottle of waters also had games, 50/50 raffle draws, gift bags, gift certificates and money by cash. 

They cooked at BBQ for hamburger beefs and wieners.

The Deaf peoples totals are: 113 also last year of 2013 was totals are: 98.

No one will not take committee because no longer Cornfest since Saturdsy September 2018. It's very sad.

Deaf Workshops

 

This is Angela Petrone Stratiy came from Vancouver, British Columbia but she did came over to visited at Mayfest last May 2000 in Ottawa, Ontario.  She is deaf woman.

 I bought VHS from her at Mayfest in Ottawa.

Last March 2008 I went to Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre at

1365 Richmond Road, 2nd Floor in Ottawa, Ontario. 

This is Mario Pizzacalla by host. He taught us about Mother Goose by ASL for all day also included are: Kathy Holmes, Vickie McArthur, Jane Lalonde, I don't remember the rest for ladies names and myself.

He is deaf man also came from Toronto, Ontario.

Last Friday November 22nd, 2013 I went to Algonquin College at T102 from 6pm - 9:30pm. It's about Deaf Interpreter in Ottawa, Ontario.

It's Hosts are: Bijaya Shrestha and Waynw Nichalsonals also came from Toronto, Ontario.

   

This October 24th, 2014 I went RA Centre at 2451 Riverside Drive in Ottawa, Ontario from 7pm to 9pm.

It's about Linguistic Rights to Professional Interpreters and The Preservation of Signed Languages in Canada.

Two Famous Deaf Peoples #1

 

This is Reverend Peter Virtue  came over for my Wedding Day last Fall 1987.

He was came from Ottawa Deaf Fellowship Church at Fifth Street and Monk Street at Ottawa, Ontario in last September 1986 - Fall 1995.

 Last Fall 2004 Reverend Bob Rumball and his wife Mary Jean Rumball came over to Bracebridge, Ontario at Pinegrove Fellowship Baptist Church at 295 Taylor Road then 4 of us and Bob and his wife went out for lunch at Swiss Chalet Resturant.

He came from Toronto, Ontario.

Deaf Products #6

Last Tuesday September 30th, 2014 in the afternoon I got 2 Smoke Detectors with flashes for my bedroom and middle of hallway closed between living room and dining room/kitchen. I was asked to my Rental Office one of lady about it so I did approved it also came from Canadian Hearing Society.

This Thursday October 9th, 2014 after work I went home and I saw my old clock from my bedroom was flash the numbers that mean was power went off so I fixed it BUT is not working right because of stuck press the buttons for hours and minutes also the alarm working BUT wrong time made 2 hours back then I got up in the morning  get ready for work.

Plus my old clock had been for 28 years since 1986.

I ordered new SECOND clock from Amazon so I had to wait for order new clock for 2 weeks until finally I got it from last October 29th by UPS Office. It's called "Clarity" for wake assure alarm clock.

At night time I set up it ready for next day in the morning and working right time and alarm.

FINALLY, I can "Sleeping Beauty" as Snow White.

I loved to be myself about "Sense of Humor".
