Deaf History

Helen Keller was born June 27th, 1880 in Tuscubia, Alabama. When she was only 19 months old became deaf and blind from high fever.

Her favorable teacher name is Anne Sullivan for lifelong in 1887.

She was learned sign language FIRST word is "water" by finger spelling.

She did went to School for the Blind and other School, learned how to talk, learned to how to lipread with her fingers and Graduated from Radclippe College.

Her teacher Anne was passed away in 1936 and she was passed away in June 1st, 1968 when she was 87 years old.

A few year ago,  I had been watched on tv about The Miracle Worker (1979)  by Melissa Gilbert.

 A few year ago,  I had been watched on tv about The Miracle Worker (1998) by Roma Downey.

Alexander Graham Bell

Alexander was born on March 3, 1847, in Edinburgh, Scotland.

He was one of the primary inventors of the telephone, did important work in communication for the deaf and held more than 18 patents. invention of the telephone.

He also continued his work with the deaf, establishing the American Association to Promote Teaching of Speech to the Deaf in 1890 , with the objective of promoting oral Communication (which later morphed into the Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing).

The Bell Telephone Company was organized on July 9th, 1877.

 He was married a deaf woman Mabel Hubbard in July 11, 1877.

 He died on August 2, 1922, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia.

Linda Bove

Linda was born November 30th, 1945, in Garfield, New Jersey to her deaf parent.

She was majored in library Science at Galluedet University and received her Bachelor's Degree in 1968.

She later made her debut on Sesame Street in 1971 - 2003.

 In 1991, she and her husband Ed Waterstreet at founded DeafWest Theater, a theater for the Deaf in Los Angeles.

I didn't know that she was involved Happy Days as Fonzie's girlfriend in 1974.

I taught my children watched about Sesame Street on tv because she was involved it also she used Sign Language as well.

We had a book called Sesame Street Sign Language ABC.

Deaf Monarch

Did you know....Most Butterflies are Deaf?

The beautiful butterfly has come to symbolize for the sign.

The miracle of transformation that every butterfly goes through parallels the experience of many deaf and hard of hearing individuals who, with the help and support, emerge ready to spread their wings.

When I was childhood that I found Monarch caterpillar at the bush from my old hometown until teenager.

Then I kept watched every day to feed leaves until became to hatch from changed to the green chryalis.

                                and

  Again I kept watched it until changed to the black chryalis.

Next few days later that I saw changed the color from green chryalis to black chryalis so waited until break out from hatch.

Last one I saw changed to clear hatch into Monarch butterfly then flew away.

Last 2000 year that I taught to my children from their childhood as me from my childhood as well.

Also I'll teach my future grandchildren from our childhoods again.

That was so amazing about Monarch also my favorite kind of it.

MY COMMENTS: One day I will have tattoo about "Monach" on my left leg in the future. 

My Birthday #1

Last December 1994 when I was Big 30th Birthday party in Ottawa, Ontario but no-one.

Last December 2004 when I was Big 40th Birthday party in Bracebridge, Ontario at Pinegrove Fellowship Church in the basement also invited are: church friends, my family, my children and my friends Linda Fortus and Marco Lamontagne but Elaine Gilles is not made it because of the weather.

This Monday December 2014 in the morning my daughter Isabella take picture of me because she was slept over my place from last night this Sunday November 30th since FIRST night in 3 years. 
 My children invited me for my Birthday Breakfast from 9am at Chance R Resturant in Ottawa, Ontario.
After we came back from Chance R at my place because of my Birthday presents for a while then the girls had to go to their work until 5pm and 9pm and my son Warren and I went to Christmas Shopping all in afternoon also I went to his place for while then we walked stop half way back our place and stayed home all night.
We had Fabulous for 2 days!!!!
